Position Overview The Assistant Director will report to the Director of Student Success & Testing Services and will work with them to ensure processes for the computer lab and TSI are functioning efficiently. They will also assist in budget, reports and communication related to Testing, while supervising Testing Coordinators and Testing Staff. They will also work with Staff and Faculty as it relates to Testing. |
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field and five years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of effective managerial methods and techniques and how to establish and maintain an effective workforce |
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree in related field and five years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience |
