Department Summary The Trail Ready Summer Bridge Program offers admitted student the opportunity to engage in major-based learning communities as well as TSI-preparation boot camps the summer before first fall semester at UNT Dallas. Students enrolled in the programs can earn college credit or become TSI-complete free-of-charge. Trail Ready works closely with faculty from the academic departments to offer experiences that will support student success. |
Position Overview The Faculty Project Coordinator will serve to administer the Academic Summer Bridge program under the supervision of the Office of the Provost. This employee will have the rank of Lecturer, teach boot camps as a part of the Summer Bridge program during the summer, and teach three courses each fall and spring semester in the Department of Mathematics. In addition, the employee will develop and assess the curriculum for mathematics developmental education. |
