Department Summary Mission |
Position Overview The Associate Academic Advisor is an entry-level position dedicated to guiding undergraduate students through their academic journey, from initial registration to graduation. This role involves advising students on degree and program requirements, as well as course scheduling, while managing a regular caseload of students. The Academic Advisor also connects students with campus resources, collaborates with other campus offices to address challenges, and fosters student success. Additionally, this position works closely with the advising team to create a positive work environment and supports team initiatives, including projects, events, and caseload management, to ensure exceptional student support. |

Preferred Qualifications One year of experience in advising, coaching, student affairs, student services, counseling or other related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. |
