Department Summary The mission of the Division of Student Affairs is to create transformational experiences for all HSC students by providing tailored support and fostering holistic development. There are 8 functional units within the Division of Student Affairs: Center for Student Life, Career Readiness Center, Center for Academic Performance, Office of Care and Civility, Testing and Evaluation Services, International Services, Office of Disability Access, and Student Assistance Resource Center. |
Position Overview The Assistant Director of Student Assessment will serve as the primary liaison with the HSC Learning Management System (i.e. Canvas) and deliver support of such to the TES staff. This position will also support the management of SharePoint for all TES staff. They will assist the Director of TES with developing, sustaining, and growing student assessment programs and services. Collaborate with the Director to establish and implement department goals and objectives. Additionally, they will participate in the development of policy and procedures related to examination administration and computer-based testing. Interpret and enforce policies, procedures, and strategies. |
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four (4) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Preferred Qualifications Prefer a Masters degree in Information Science, Education, Psychology, or other relevant field, or comparable relevant experience. |

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as required for divisional events and occasionally required to come in before 8:00am to set up on exam days. |
