Department Summary The Enterprise Transformation Office partners with all campuses to drive student-centered, sustainable improvements across academic and administrative operations. Guided by Lean principles, the office enhances value for students and stakeholders by streamlining processes, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. |
Position Overview The Principal Lean Programs Administrator serves as the internal expert responsible for driving enterprise-wide continuous improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role partners with business leaders to execute strategic priorities, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer outcomes. This position builds internal capacity for transformation, reduces process inefficiencies, and ensures sustainable improvements across the organization. |
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management or a closely related field, certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and ten years of experience leading complex Lean Six Sigma initiatives, or any equivalent combination of experience, education or training. |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Advanced understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement frameworks. |
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree and Master Black Belt (MBB) strongly preferred. |
