Position Overview The Director of Workforce Intelligence & Spatial Analytics provides leadership in labor market research, forecasting, and data-driven insights that inform academic program alignment, employer partnerships, and regional workforce strategies. Reporting to the Managing Director, Research and Innovation, the Director ensures that the Texas Talent Accelerator produces credible, actionable intelligence for a diverse set of stakeholders. |

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, sociology, public policy or related field. Seven years of experience in workforce or labor market research. Demonstrated leadership managing research and analytical projects. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Expertise in GIS, labor market analysis, workforce forecasting, and applied research methods. |
|
Preferred Qualifications · Master’s degree in economics, data science, sociology, public policy, or related field. |
