Position Overview UNT Health is seeking to hire a Patient Access Representative to join our team. The Patient Access Representative will perform clerical duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinic, or laboratory procedures. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Scheduling appointments, billing patients, Compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence. Acts as a customer service representative offering assistance to patients. |

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. |
