Position Overview The Compensation Analyst provides direct support in the administration of compensation and performance management policies and procedures. The incumbent in this position works with a variety of stakeholders across all UNT System institutions to provide guidance, recommendations, and resolve compensation and performance evaluation system issues. This is a professional role responsible for providing direct customer support and facilitating compensation and performance management strategy within the UNT System and its component institutions. |

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field and two (2) years of directly related work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. |
|
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Knowledge of the principles and practices of compensation management, to include the areas of position classification, workforce analytics and salary administration, as well as knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing compensation activities. |

Preferred Qualifications Previous related experience in education or medical setting is preferred. |
