Position Overview The Assistant Director of Research Educational Programs leads the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive education, training, and professional development initiatives across all aspects of Sponsored Programs, including pre-award, post-award, research accounting, financial compliance, and research contracts. This position directs the planning, development, facilitation, and evaluation of programs for staff, faculty, and trainees, ensuring alignment with institutional learning objectives, sponsor requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices. At the assistant director level, the role provides strategic leadership in workforce development and training initiatives to strengthen staff expertise, operational effectiveness, and compliance across the research enterprise. |

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. |
