Department Summary The University of North Texas College of Music Development Office seeks to hire a new team member to support its advancement efforts. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, supervising graduate and undergraduate student workers, coordinating donor engagement activities and events, and supporting initiatives that help build prospect pipelines for Major Gift Officers. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in higher-education fundraising and advancement operations. |

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in marketing, fundraising, event planning, public relations, corporate account sales, or communications; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Some knowledge of development and fundraising principles or ability to learn |

Preferred Qualifications Considerable background in music (an undergraduate major or minor preferred), |
