Department Summary The Department of Physical Therapy prepares future movement specialists through an evidence-based and patient-centered curriculum. The Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program, available in both residential and hybrid pathways, blends foundational sciences, hands-on training, and clinical experiences to develop well-rounded and compassionate providers. Faculty collaborate with local physical therapy professionals to ensure students receive the most relevant and impactful education. |

Position Overview The Department of Physical Therapy at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth invites applications for a full-time, 12-month faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank in the residential Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program, effective immediately. The primary focus of this position will be to contribute to the department’s research mission while supporting teaching within the residential DPT curriculum.
