Position Overview The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Genomics Core. This requires regular maintenance of advanced scientific instrumentation while streamlining procedures to assist researchers with available sequencing techniques in HSC. The employee will be expected to liaise with team members from other core labs to provide quality service while working closely with students, faculty, and external clients. The individual is expected to utilize their expertise to ensure that studies are performed to the required scientific, regulatory, and client standards in accordance with HSC protocols while adhering to state and federal guidelines. |

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Employees in this job may be responsible for conducting research on, working on, or having the ability to access critical organizational infrastructure and they must be able to maintain the security and integrity of the infrastructure related to this role. |
