Department Summary The University of North Texas at Dallas invites applications for Adjunct Instructor positions in Mathematics for the 2026–2027 academic year. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching and to contribute to the continued growth and development of the UNT Dallas Department of Mathematics. Position Overview The number of vacancies will depend on student enrollment, division needs, and dean approval. Your application cannot be considered until all required documents have been received. Adjunct faculty members are responsible for planning classes, implementing and evaluating teaching/learning objectives, and assessing student learning outcomes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office hours and fulfilling the professional obligations of a part-time faculty member. |

Minimum Qualifications A master's degree in mathematics with demonstrated success in teaching lower-level mathematics courses, OR a master’s degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in mathematics and demonstrated success in teaching lower-level mathematics courses. |
