Position Overview The Survey Analyst (Hourly) will support Executive & Professional Learning on a sponsored workforce project with a corporate partner. This position is responsible for assisting with the design, administration, analysis, and reporting of an organizational survey focused on employee AI literacy, awareness, and adoption. The Survey Analyst will collaborate with internal project staff and external stakeholders to ensure survey data is collected, analyzed, and presented in a clear, actionable format that informs strategic workforce development initiatives. |

Minimum Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Business, Education, Public Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline); or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities •Knowledge of survey research principles and data collection methodologies. |
|
Preferred Qualifications •Experience with Qualtrics or similar online survey platforms. |

Required License/Registration/Certifications
|

Job Duties Monitor survey distribution and response rates. Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey results. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of survey data. Perform other project-related duties as assigned. |

Work Schedule Part-time, hourly position. Schedule is flexible based on project needs and coordinated with the supervisor. Some meetings may occur during standard university business hours. |
