Position Overview Provides onsite supervision of custodial crews as assigned; maintains an attractive, sanitary and safe facility for students, staff, and public. Communicates information in response to inquiries; ensures rooms are clean and ready for meetings, classroom activities, and events; maintains facilities to minimize facility deterioration and damage. Oversees the work activities of assigned site custodial personnel for the purpose of ensuring activities are completed within assigned time frames and in compliance with campus standards. Works under moderate supervision that relies on initiative and good judgment to be an effective leader. |

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of job-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Employees in this job may be responsible for conducting research on, working on, or having the ability to access critical organizational infrastructure and they must be able to maintain the security and integrity of the infrastructure related to this role. |

Preferred Qualifications Five years custodial experience. Bilingual. Floor care experience a plus. Be able to lift 50 lbs. Supervisory experience a plus. |

Work Schedule Mon-Fri 4:30pm -1am Some weekends/holidays required as needed. This is an essential worker position and irregular work hours may also be required during extreme weather conditions. |
