Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Lead efforts toward planning and implementing career development and job search programs and services to students, by working with students, faculty and staff in an assigned department. This includes, but is not limited to, individual advising and group workshops. Partner with the academic advisors counselors in the college to manage the internship program for their assigned department, ensuring that available internships meet all the departmental requirements for credit and the students that apply are eligible for the internship. Cultivate and manage relationships with current and new employers recruiting students from assigned department, in partnership with the assigned department, the staff and the main Career Center. Provide marketing of career services to the students and faculty in the assigned department.
