The Police Sergeant supervises and directs University police officers, security guards, and others engaged in the protection and safeguarding of human lives and personal and public property for the UNT Dallas Police Department. TRIO Upward Bound Summer Tutor Counselor in Dallas
Approximately 60 students from area high schools will be housed on the UNTD campus where they will be exposed to a residential living experience. The Tutor/Counselors will work with certified instructors in academic areas and lead/supervise students during cultural, recreational, and social activities. In addition, the Tutor/Counselors will be responsible for the students on a 24-hour basis from Sunday evening through Friday afternoon throughout the duration Upward Bound Summer Program. Multiple positions are open for dynamic, versatile, and committed Counselor/Tutors for Summer Academic Residential program at UNTD. The 6-week position includes 2 training weeks, and 4 weeks of 24 hr. supervision of up to 60 high school youth in a residential setting within an academic and recreational pre-college program.
