Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update copy for SCA programs on university web pages and Regent portal
  • Manage and coordinate posting and engagement on SCA social media accounts
  • Assist with operations of SCA meetings, programs, performances, and initiatives.
  • Support the Executive Assistant to the Dean and Academic Service Managers with office tasks including research, document management, and filing
  • Answer incoming phone calls and offer assistance to office visitors and students
  • Manual labor such as lifting, pulling and pushing

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Experience creating and posting content to social media sites including Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin
  • Proficiency with internet search, email communications, and basic AI prompts
  • Proficiency with fundamental graphic and visual technologies (Adobe Creative Cloud preferred)
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism, courtesy and confidentiality
  • An understanding of and commitment to the mission of Regent and SCA
