Responsibilities:
- Create and manage housing rosters and room assignments for camp and conference guests
- Serve in an on-call capacity during summer months to respond to after-hours housing emergencies
- Assist in transitioning residence halls from summer use to academic-year readiness, including room readiness and key distribution
- Coordinate all logistics for summer camps and conference housing, including timelines, check-in/check-out schedules, and room assignments
- Serve as the primary liaison between the housing office and camp/conference organizers
Requirements:
- Must be available to work during the summer months, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in housing, residence life, customer service, or event planning preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; ability to learn housing management software (e.g., StarRez)
