The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for managing the arrival and departure of all Regent University guests in the Welcome Center. The position will work closely with prospective students, current students, and visitors and will maintain a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all guests.

Essential duties:

  • Greet and connect visitors with Regent University resources and services.
  • Exhibit extraordinary customer service skills as the first point of contact for students, prospective and current, Alumni, guests, and VIPs.
  • Assist with the arrival and departure operations, room checks and readiness, and distributing welcome packets for groups and individuals.
  • Operate as primary contact for scheduling both in person and phone appointments with Enrollment Management (EM) support offices for current and prospective students.
  • Serve as front desk receptionist daily; responding to incoming calls & inquiry emails.
  • Provide refreshments to guests and keep inventory of refreshments and snacks maintained.
  • Daily coordination of the visitor schedules and appointments.
  • Responsible for assembling welcome & acceptance packets along with keeping inventory organized.
  • Enter relevant notes in Recruiter regarding guest interactions.
  • Provide support the day of recruiting events (Discover Regent, College Preview Weekend, Honors Bound, etc.)
  • Serve as backup for scheduling both Undergraduate & Graduate campus visits in the absence of the Manager of the Welcome Center.
  • Provide additional clerical work and data entry for Traditional Undergraduate enrollment operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
