Location negotiable (depending on campus availability) – please note that intrastate travel is required up to 2-3 weeks per month with all travel expenses met by TAFE NSW.

2 x Temporary full-time positions available to 30 June 2025

$84,647 package includes salary ($74,912 - $82,688), employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This Project Support Officer position at TAFE NSW will be working within the Plant and Machinery Safety and Compliance (PMSC) Program. Our plant and machinery play a crucial role in delivering learning experiences to our students. The PMSC Program ensures that we meet industry safety standards for the thousands of machines we use daily. Your work will have a positive impact on the frontline of our students' learning experience. You will perform a range of administrative and data management activities while also continuously helping to improve the safety and compliance of plant and machinery and provide the best possible support to the team.

About You 

The successful candidate will possess:

  • High-level attention to detail
  • Class C driver’s licence with the capacity to travel for TAFE NSW business purposes as required
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel would be desirable
  • Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
