Total Remuneration Package $178,647. Package includes salary of $158,152 pa plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence
To tackle skill shortages in priority areas, TAFE NSW is launching the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (CoE), which is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement. The TAFE NSW Manufacturing CoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.

About the role
The position leads the implementation of partnership and growth strategies at the community level and provides specialised advice on business development, sales, partnerships and account management to achieve business retention, relationship management and growth outcomes.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel as required to other TAFE NSW Campus locations at Western Sydney, Hunter and Illawarra Regions.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Degree/qualification in related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience leading business development and growth initiatives, strategies and support systems for a large organisation
- Demonstrated experience managing business accounts and maintaining strategic relationships to maximise growth opportunities and sustained commercial outcomes.
