About the role

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced individual to join our Wagga Wagga team on a permanent part time basis in the role of Education Support Officer (ESO). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Beauty and Nail Services section, thus qualifications and industry experience in one or more of these areas are required.

Working within a team of industry professionals, the ESO is supervised by the Head Teacher and responsible for a range of activities that support learners and enhances the student learning experience.

Note: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and engaged individual who can meet the following selection criteria:

  • Minimum qualification in Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy.
  • Minimum three years of current vocational experience in Beauty.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to be proactive and show initiative
  • Ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the discipline
