Location Negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability)

Temporary full time position until 30th June 2026

Base Salary $119,757 to $132,188 p.a plus superannuation and leave loading.

About the role

Exciting full time temporary position until 30th June 2026 in our Asset Planning Team.

The Change Coordinator will support the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies to enable successful adoption and embedding of infrastructure changes across a portfolio of programs and projects.

With a focus on effective stakeholder engagement, collaboration and business readiness, the role will support change and engagement initiatives to uplift Asset Management capability, adoption of change behaviours, the introduction of new technologies and systems that support the operation and management of infrastructure and innovative ways to approach sustainability.

About You 

You are a dynamic professional with a passion for organisational change and have previous experience in Infrastructure projects. Skilled in applying change management frameworks and methodologies, you excel at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and making a tangible impact on processes, systems, and people.

You are creative, an impeccable communicator and are known for your can do, positive energy. You effectively engage stakeholders, fostering collaboration and strong partnerships throughout the change journey. You are organised and detail-oriented and place the customer at the centre of your decision making. You are a problem solver and proactively manage competing priorities, responding in a flexible and agile way to changing timelines and requirements.
