Temporary full time position until 3rd August 2026

Base Salary $108,494.00 to $116,838.00 p.a plus superannuation and leave loading.

About the role

The Correspondence Coordinator is responsible for the assessment and response to a broad range of information requests received by TAFE NSW from internal and external stakeholders. In crafting responses, research may be required to fact check or receive technical content from subject matter experts and judgement is required to determine when matters should be escalated. Working within a fast paced and high-volume environment, the position uses exceptional written and verbal skills to develop plain English based responses. 

You have strong attention to detail, are analytical, organised and have experience in project management. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your Team and taking initiative. 

Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First. 

About You 

You are creative, an impeccable communicator and are known for your can do, positive energy. You effectively engage stakeholders, fostering collaboration and strong partnerships throughout the process. You are organised and detail-oriented and place the customer at the centre of your decision making. You are a problem solver and proactively manage competing priorities, responding in a flexible and agile way to changing timelines and requirements.

You hold a Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience and have the ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
