Base Salary of $124,547 - $137,476 p.a. plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As an Audit Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting. In this pivotal position, you'll act as the primary link between TAFE NSW and internal and external auditors, managing relationships and facilitating a smooth audit process. You’ll support the preparation of annual financial statements, strengthen internal controls, and help deliver high-quality reporting that drives transparency and compliance.
About You
You’re a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and delivers accurate results under pressure. With strong analytical skills and the ability to build effective relationships, you’re confident managing audits and driving compliance
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Significant audit and advisory experience across preparation of annual financial statements and consolidations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, Public Finance and Audit Act, Treasurer’s Directions and other government regulations, policies and procedures
