Permanent Part-Time – 2 days per week

Salary package of $110,972 - $119,506 which includes salary ($97,771 – 105,290) p.a. plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro rata)

About the role

As an Executive Assistant, you will deliver high-level, confidential support to Senior Leaders, managing diaries, travel, events, and essential administrative processes. You will prepare briefing notes, presentations, and correspondence for Executives, Ministers, and stakeholders, ensuring precision, professionalism, and timeliness. Your work will be pivotal in keeping the executive office running seamlessly and enabling strategic decision-making.

  • This role is for a February 2026 commencement for the successful candidate.
  • This role is Permanent Part-Time – 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday).
  • This role is advertised with a full-time equivalent salary. Please note that if you are employed on a part-time basis, the salary will be prorated according to the hours you work.

About You 

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in supporting senior leaders and driving efficient executive operations. If you meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you:

  • Qualified & Skilled: Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Executive Support: Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders.
  • Business Communication: Strong ability to create and present reports, briefings, presentations, and correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experienced in building relationships with internal teams, external partners, and community members to drive business outcomes.
