$80,502 - $88,860 salary package - includes base salary ($70,926 - $78,289), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro rata)

About the role

TAFE NSW is seeking a confident and proactive Education Administration Support professional to join the Equity team in a temporary part time role based at Singleton. Working closely with the Head Teacher and teaching staff, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day delivery of teaching and learning activities through high‑quality administrative support.

You will bring strong organisational skills, initiative in problem solving, and confidence in communicating across the organisation. A collaborative and friendly team player, you will manage competing priorities, coordinate administrative processes, maintain accurate records across key systems, and meet timelines in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is highly regarded, with occasional travel required on rare occasions.

You’re a positive and approachable team player who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment. With a friendly manner and a genuine willingness to assist others, you communicate confidently, collaborate with individuals across diverse age ranges and build strong working relationships across the organisation. You’re comfortable reaching out, sharing information openly, and taking initiative to solve problems and keep work moving forward.

You bring solid administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple systems. Adaptable and well organised, you manage competing priorities with ease while maintaining a customer‑first mindset. Above all, you take pride in your professionalism and enjoy contributing to an inclusive, supportive team culture where quality service and collaboration are valued.
