About the role
As Senior Business Analyst, you will provide high-level analytical and reporting support to the Education Planning Team, playing a central role in the delivery of accurate, timely data across the Educational Delivery Cycle for TAFE NSW. You will lead the development and refinement of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, including the migration of the Excel reports into an automated Power BI environment. About you

You bring advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, with experience building and maintaining dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making. You are highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large, complex data sets, and take ownership of data accuracy and integrity. You are an effective communicator who can engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders - from delivery leaders and finance partners to executive leadership - translating technical data into plain language and building consensus. You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve.
