$145,605-$160,719 salary package - includes base salary ($128,284-$141,600), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Disability Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for driving improvements in disability employment outcomes across TAFE NSW by developing and implementing strategies that remove barriers to attraction, hiring and retention. You will build organisational capability by providing practical guidance and advice and you will act as the key reference point on disability recruitment matters for people with disability and neurodivergent employees, and the managers who support them.

About you 

You will be a trusted point of contact for employees with disability on career development, employment and workplace adjustment matters. You have demonstrated knowledge and application of disability employment legislation, and proven experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve attraction, hiring and retention of people with disability across a large organisation.
