$131,911 – $142,056 salary package - includes base salary ($116,219 - $125,157), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As the Course Accreditation, Scope and Governance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting TAFE NSW's quality education outcomes through the coordination of course accreditation, scope of registration and governance activities. Working within a highly collaborative and high-performing team, you will provide expert advice to stakeholders, coordinate regulatory submissions, and ensure compliance requirements are understood and effectively implemented across the organisation.

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience interpreting and applying complex regulatory requirements. You understand the broader organisational impact of compliance decisions and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality and strong governance outcomes.

A genuine team player, you thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building trusted relationships with stakeholders. You remain calm under pressure, take ownership of outcomes, and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and provide informed advice will enable you to make a meaningful contribution to quality education and regulatory excellence at TAFE NSW.
