About the Centres of Excellence (CoE)

The TAFE NSW Centres of Excellence bring together the Construction Centre of Excellence, the Manufacturing Centres of Excellence, and the Institute of Applied Technology  Digital, a National Centre of Excellence, to support industry-led innovation, workforce development and skills excellence across priority sectors.
Through partnerships with industry, government, training providers and higher education institutions, the Centres develop and deliver industry-aligned education, applied research, and innovative workforce solutions that respond to current and emerging skills needs. Leveraging contemporary learning environments, advanced technologies and strong stakeholder networks, the Centres help build the capabilities required for the jobs of today and the future.

About the role

In this role you will support the Construction Centre of Excellence (CCoE) and the Institute of Applied Technology  Digital (IATD), a National Centre of Excellence located at either Kingswood or Meadowbank campus as a Training Solution Analyst.

You will play a key role in supporting the CCoE and IATD team by creating, maintaining and enhancing online training portals and digital learning solutions for clients and stakeholders. Working across a range of platforms, you will build and manage course content, conduct testing and quality assurance activities, and help ensure training solutions are seamlessly integrated within TAFE NSW systems and infrastructure. As the first point of contact for technical and data-related enquiries, you will provide expert support to customers and end users while collaborating closely with internal teams, external vendors and industry partners to deliver reliable, high-quality learning experiences and continuous improvement outcomes.

In line with our working flexibly procedure, this position requires onsite campus attendance at your base campus of either Kingswood or Meadowbank, for a minimum of three days per week with the flexibility of working two days at home. Based on operational needs, you may be required to travel to the other campus when required.

About you

You are a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift, and no two days are the same. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you can confidently triage technical issues, investigate complex queries and deliver practical solutions with accuracy and attention to detail. You build positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, communicate complex information clearly, and enjoy collaborating across teams to achieve quality outcomes. Your customer-focused mindset, coupled with your ability to remain organised, resilient and responsive under pressure, will enable you to provide outstanding support and contribute to the success of innovative digital learning solutions.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A degree in relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Experience working on projects to implement organisation-wide technical solutions and business process mapping
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Institute of Applied Technology and Systems Group stakeholders to determine acceptable technical and integration solutions.
