About the role

Join us as an Early Childhood Educator – Certificate 3 (internally known as Advanced Childcare Worker) where you’ll be at the heart of our Children’s Centre. You'll work collaboratively to plan and implement engaging experiences in a play-based and educational setting that supports each child's development, curiosity, and potential.

Our centre operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:30pm. We are open year-round, with a refreshing three week break over Christmas. 

About you 

We’re seeking motivated individuals who thrive in collaborative environments, and effortlessly engage with educators, families, and children. Your ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate with your team ensures the smooth and successful operation of our dynamic centre.

What you will bring:

  • A Certificate III recognised by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • A Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Framework.
  • A Current Working with Children Check and ACECQA-approved First Aid qualifications, including CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis, and diabetes management.
