$191,337 salary package - includes base salary ($168,598), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The role is responsible for delivering end-to-end alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services that support the early and effective resolution of workplace conflict. The role plays a critical part in fostering respectful, psychologically safe and productive workplaces by managing complex and sensitive disputes, facilitating resolution processes, coaching managers and employees, and driving best-practice ADR outcomes. The position requires extensive expertise in alternative dispute resolution methodologies, conflict management, mediation, stakeholder engagement and workplace relations, together with sound judgement, confidentiality and the ability to navigate emotionally charged and high-risk matters.

This is a highly influential specialist opportunity to strengthen workplace relationships, promote a positive organisational culture and contribute to TAFE NSW's values of Customer First, Collaboration, Integrity and Excellence. Please note, we anticipate the start date for this role to be in mid to late January or early February 2027. 

About You 

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Degree qualification in related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Extensive knowledge of alternative dispute resolution, with experience designing programs, solutions and service delivery models
  • A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
