$114,301 - $123,092 salary package - includes base salary ($100,704 - $108,449 per annum), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Student Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the integrity and quality of student administration processes across TAFE NSW. You will coordinate academic completions, examinations, and the production of academic documentation, ensuring student records are accurate, secure, and compliant. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide expert advice to stakeholders, manage sensitive information, and contribute to the successful delivery of cyclical academic processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

About You 

You are a highly organised administration professional with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. You can effectively manage competing priorities, adapt to changing demands, and maintain high-quality outcomes under pressure. Your ability to analyse information, identify discrepancies, and handle sensitive records with discretion enables you to support compliance and data integrity. With strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you build positive working relationships and consistently deliver customer-focused solutions.
