We are seeking a Youth Ministry Support Worker to join our school community.

You will:
- Faith Development & Event Coordination
Support the development and implementation of faith-based activities, including organising Masses, liturgies, retreats, and special events to enhance the Catholic identity of the College. - Collaboration & Community Engagement
Work closely with the Deputy Principal - Catholic Identity, staff, students, and the wider community to foster spiritual growth, coordinate youth ministry programs like Game Changers, and promote social justice initiatives. - Liturgical & Prayer Support
Assist in planning and facilitating prayers, liturgical services, and reflection opportunities for the College community, including preparing content and coordinating student participation. - Administrative & Communication Duties
Oversee event administration, including risk assessments, communications, and social media promotion, while managing digital platforms like the Faith and Ministry Teams Channel. - Professional Conduct & Development
Uphold the College’s mission, values, and professional standards, participate in ongoing professional development, and ensure student well-being and confidentiality in all interactions.
