We are seeking a warm, professional, and organised Administration Officer to be the first point of contact for our school community. This is a diverse and rewarding role that supports students, families, staff, and the Principal through a wide range of administrative and front-of-house tasks.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing reception, phone, email, and visitor check-ins

Supporting student enrolments, attendance, and school records

Assisting with school communications, events, and reporting

Coordinating office supplies, first aid, and compliance registers

Providing general administrative support across the school
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

A commitment to Catholic education and child safety

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Experience in administration (preferably in an education setting)

Proficiency in relevant software or a willingness to learn
