Your day-to-day as Accounts Payable Coordinator:

• Processing invoices like a pro and prepping timely payments for our suppliers.
• Responding to queries from suppliers and colleagues with a customer-focused approach.
• Running weekly payment cycles, managing supplier data, and collaborating with our Financial Accountant for month-end reporting.
• Leading the charge in process improvements to keep us running smoothly!
