As Service Manager at Enoggera, you’ll take ownership of your service and its next chapter. You’ll get to know your team, children, families and community, understand what already works well and identify where you can have the greatest impact.

From there, it’s about what great Service Managers do – creating a culture people want to be part of, growing and maintaining occupancy, supporting and developing your team, building strong relationships with families and the community, and keeping quality, compliance and child safety at the heart of everything you do.

And while it’s a big role, you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have the support of our wider Story House network across Operations, Early Learning team, People & Culture, Recruitment, Marketing, Family Experience and more.
