A HSE Advisor role, built for you 

As a HSE Advisor at Built, you’ll be an integral member of our project teams delivering work across all built-forms ranging from $100K to $1 billion, across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.

The HSE Advisor is responsible for ensuring the company’s HSE Plan is implemented on all projects in accordance with the Corporate HSE Plan, including:

• Mentor and educate staff, workers and contractors on HSE matters;
• Assist in the company’s internal and external audit requirements;
• Facilitate the closure of CAR’s identify during external audits;
• Assist the project teams in the implementation of the company’s policies, HSE Plan and procedures at the project level.

 The new way forward, built by you

 To succeed in this role, it is important that you have:

• Experience working with a Tier 1 /2 Commercial Construction builder 
• Minimum 3 years in a HSE role, working independently  
• The ability to travel to sites located in the Brisbane & Gold Coast Region
• Certificate IV OHS Management
• Able to communicate HSE matters to a broad range of stakeholders

DESIRED- Built can facilitate these qualifications:

• Understanding of incident investigation – ICAM preferred
• Experience as a lead auditor
• Occupational 1^st Aid
