We’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist (6-month fixed term contract) to help power our national growth. In this role, you’ll proactively source and engage hard‑to‑find talent, build strong pipelines across priority roles, and support our Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver smarter, faster hiring outcomes.
The Opportunity
This role provides dedicated sourcing and recruitment coordination support to Built’s Talent Acquisition function during a period of sustained recruitment demand. You’ll focus on proactive talent identification, structured talent mapping and pipeline development across priority roles nationally, enabling our Talent Acquisition Partners to focus on high‑value stakeholder partnering and hiring strategy.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Build and maintain national talent maps and reusable pipelines for priority roles such as Contracts Administrators, Engineers and Site Supervisors
- Proactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Deliver qualified candidate shortlists with clear screening insights
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a professional and responsive experience
- Maintain ATS accuracy and support continuous improvement of sourcing and coordination processes
- Provide market insights on talent availability, competitor activity and candidate expectations
What We Are Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box, but to succeed in this role you’ll bring:
- Experience in a sourcing, talent research or recruitment coordination role (agency or in‑house)
- Proven capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
- Experience working in high‑volume or fast‑paced recruitment environments
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear, professional communication and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
Desirable:
- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure or project‑based industries
- Familiarity with PageUp
