The Opportunity
The Office Manager/ Admin Assistant ensures the smooth running of the Adelaide Head Office. You will be the face of Built SA, assisting in the achievement of team objectives and the support of day-to-day activities.
Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:
- Office & Facilities Management – maintain a clean, well-stocked office, manage building access passes, landline, safety compliance, and coordinate repairs/ vendor relationships
- Procurement & Supplies – manage Coles weekly orders, stationery and coffee bean orders, and complete Concur expense processing for relevant staff
- Mail, Packages & Courier Coordination – handle daily newspapers, the Built postal box, incoming packages, and courier deliveries collections including invoice reconciliation
- Meeting & Event Support – ensure meeting rooms are ready and assist with catering requirements as needed
- Administrative support to the HSEQ Manager/ team
This is a Part Time 2-3 Days per week role based in our Head Office

- Highly organised and proactive – with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple ongoing responsibilities from stock/ supply management to compliance and safety administration
- Confident communicator and relationship builder – comfortable liaising with people at all levels, external vendors, and building/ facilities contacts to keep the office running smoothly
- Reliable and hands-on - with genuine willingness to pitch in on practical, day-to-day tasks while also managing higher-level compliance and audit requirements.
