The Opportunity
As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in the successful delivery of major construction projects. Working closely with project, site, commercial and design teams, you’ll help drive programme, quality, safety and financial outcomes from planning through to completion.
Key areas of focus include:
- Coordinating project activities to ensure key milestones and delivery objectives are achieved.
- Managing procurement and subcontractor packages to support efficient project execution.
- Driving quality, safety and compliance outcomes across your designated work fronts.
- Collaborating with consultants, clients and site teams to resolve construction challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Supporting commercial, programme and risk management initiatives to achieve successful project outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a Project Engineer who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships and delivering technically challenging projects.
You will bring:
- Experience delivering health, healthcare, hospital, commercial or high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning and project controls.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants and key project stakeholders.
- Sound commercial acumen with exposure to procurement, cost management and contract administration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
