With a focus on professional communication and accurate record-keeping, you’ll help create a positive, supportive experience that enhances student success and contributes to the university’s broader goals.

You're a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to show empathy, maintain confidentiality, and resolve conflicts professionally. You’re digitally savvy, with strong experience using CRM systems, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can juggle competing priorities with ease. Your strengths lie in building strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, and your sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities mean you’re always ready to develop practical solutions and take initiative when it matters most.

You will possess:

  • an Associate Diploma, combined with experience in a customer focussed environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training;
  • demonstrated experience and ability to recognise and respond appropriately to a range of student’s inquiries; and
