The Opportunity
Join our team and play a key role in shaping the student experience by providing essential operational support for the management of UniSC’s approved curriculum data. In this dynamic role, you’ll help ensure student enrolment and class scheduling activities run smoothly and align with University policies and procedures, making a real impact behind the scenes of academic delivery.

You will
- Provide operational support with the maintenance of the University’s approved curriculum data including program configuration and course configuration within PeopleSoft;
- Work closely with key stakeholders to assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of a student-centric University timetable to ensure the efficient and maximum utilisation of valuable teaching space across multiple campuses; and
- Provide data, reports and recommendations in relation to the development and maintenance of the class timetable and related process changes.

You’re a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with a wide range of clients and colleagues. You bring experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a tertiary environment and use your sound judgement and communication abilities to respond thoughtfully and efficiently to varying situations and needs. A true team player, you thrive in collaborative settings and contribute positively to a professional, client-focused environment.
You will possess
- completion of a degree or training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an undergraduate degree level qualification; or at least 3 years’ experience within a student administrative context in a tertiary education environment;
- knowledge and experience in the use of computerised student information systems;
- ability to assess problems and situations, developing innovative solutions and responding efficiently and effectively; and
- strong computer literacy, including proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to develop, maintain, manipulate and report from data bases and in the use of a computerised management system.
