The Opportunity

We are seeking detail-focused and reliable individuals for casual Data Compliance positions within the UniSC Clinical Trials Centre (UniSC CT). These roles are essential to maintaining accurate, secure, and compliant data across our systems, supporting the smooth delivery of clinical trial operations.

As part of our growing team, you will contribute to the integrity of clinical trial data by ensuring accurate entry, verification, and record management. These positions offer flexibility and the opportunity to work within a purpose-driven, collaborative environment.

You will

  • accurately input and update information in internal systems and databases;
  • verify data for completeness and accuracy, resolving discrepancies where required;
  • maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with data privacy and compliance standards;
  • assist in organising and managing both electronic and physical records;
  • support general administrative processes to improve workflow and data consistency; and
  • liaise with team members and internal stakeholders to clarify data-related queries and support reporting needs.

About you

You are methodical, organised, and take pride in your attention to detail. You enjoy working with structured data, are confident using digital systems, and understand the importance of accuracy and confidentiality in a clinical setting. You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

You will possess:

  • Experience in data entry, administration, or records management;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data;
  • Understanding of data privacy principles and secure information handling;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases and other similar data systems;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills; and
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.
