Job Description Radford University is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Director of Institutional Effectiveness to lead the University’s efforts in continuous improvement, strategic planning, assessment, and accreditation. Reporting to the Assistant Provost for Faculty and Curriculum, this position will also oversee the development and submission of curriculum proposals to the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV), ensuring compliance with state regulations and alignment with institutional priorities. |
Required Qualifications Master’s degree required in Education, Education Research, Social Sciences, Business, Applied Statistics or a related field. |
Preferred Qualifications: A doctoral degree in a relevant field |
