Job Description The Installation, Maintenance & Repair Worker performs various maintenance, repair, and installation services, as directed, within Facilities Management. Most of these service activities will be conducted in residential and dining facilities. Services will encompass all trades, including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, roofing, moving, etc. This position will also assist with property inspections and report compilation. |
Required Qualifications High school education and specialized training with significant related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience indicating proficiency in the preceding knowledge and abilities. |
Preferred Qualifications: Maintenance experience in a residential, university or multi-residential community setting. Experience working in a Dining or food service facilities environment. Extensive experience in the fields of Plumbing, Electrical, or HVAC. Journeyman level license in Plumbing, Electrical, or HVAC. |
