Job Description

Radford University, a Division I member of the NCAA and the Big South Conference, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate individual to serve as the Associate Head Baseball Coach. This leadership position will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of program management, player development, and daily operations, while playing a critical role in recruiting and mentoring student-athletes, implementing competitive strategies, and fostering a championship culture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of collegiate baseball coaching experience, with demonstrated success in player development and recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of student-athletes, coaches, and university staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a lead assistant/associate head coaching role.
• Strong connections within high school, travel baseball, and collegiate coaching communities.
