Job Description Radford University, a Division I member of the NCAA and the Big South Conference, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate individual to serve as the Associate Head Baseball Coach. This leadership position will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of program management, player development, and daily operations, while playing a critical role in recruiting and mentoring student-athletes, implementing competitive strategies, and fostering a championship culture. |
Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. |
Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a lead assistant/associate head coaching role. |
