Job Description The Assistant Director of Club Sports and Women’s Club Flag Football Head Coach will manage all aspects of a newly created competitive club sports structure and program. Oversee all aspects of women’s flag football club team operations, including recruiting, scheduling, practice planning, game strategy, and player development. Develop a vision and a strategy that aligns with the departmental and university strategic plan and mission. Develop and implement appropriate program policies and procedures to ensure safe programs and operations. Work collaboratively with other departments and university staff to develop and implement appropriate risk management protocols. Provide regular and appropriate assessments of the program to measure development opportunities, participant satisfaction, and participation statistics. The Assistant Director reports to the Director of Student Recreation and Wellness. |
